Dr. Whitney Parnell is an American Board of Surgery, board-certified General Surgeon practicing at the West Valley Advanced Surgery of Idaho clinic in Caldwell, Idaho. Dr. Parnell graduated from Creighton University, School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her residency in the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Parnell returned to her home state of Wyoming to begin her surgical practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 2000. In 2011 she left Wyoming
