Jacob L. Evans, MD

Jacob Evans, MD, is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist providing medical and surgical eye care. He completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Brigham Young University and earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received distinctions in both research and teaching.
