Dr. Johnson was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Durango, CO. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, in Provo, UT. He then received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Des Moines University, in Des Moines, IA. He also expanded his study efforts and received a Master of Science degree in Anatomy from Des Moines University.
