Personal Response & Support Services

Independence is very important to everyone no matter what age, but often we find we need some assistance to maintain that independence. Lifeline Personal Response & Support Service can offer that very assistance to you.

For more than 20 years, West Valley Medical Center Auxiliary, Inc.'s goal has been to give you the confidence to continue to live independently in your own home …doing things for yourself. We do this by ensuring you know that whenever you need help, it’s just a button push away. You are always in complete control.

To call for help, you simply press the Person Help Button (PHB) you wear as a pendant. The PHB activates a small in-home communicator that automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center. Within seconds, response personnel will answer your call. You will never be asked to talk to a machine. Whatever you need, we will respond quickly. If you press your PHB but are unable to communicate, the Lifeline response center will start calling your designated responders. If it is unable to contact a responder, then the paramedics are contacted. Someone will be there.

There is no purchase of equipment. The equipment is leased to subscribers for as long as they want it, and all maintenance is provided free by the WVMC Auxiliary Lifeline Services volunteers. Make your personal declaration of independence today.
