Prepare for winter sports at free event
Prize drawing: Bogus Basin season pass
CALDWELL, Idaho – A free event Tuesday gives locals an opportunity to prepare for and address joint health during the winter sports season — plus they can win a season pass to Bogus Basin.
As the season of snow-related activities approaches, orthopedic surgeon John Smith, MD, and physical therapist Matt Braun will educate the community about preparing the body for winter activities and addressing joint injuries if they arise.
The event is from 6 to 7 p.m. Nov. 8 in Kaley Auditorium at West Valley Medical Center. Attendees can enjoy refreshments and will be entered to win a season pass to Bogus Basin. And a therapist will be on hand to provide short personal flexibility assessments.
