West Valley Medical Center: A smoke and tobacco-free April 1, 2005.

West Valley, in conjunction with other hospitals in the Treasure Valley, will become a smoke and tobacco free facility effective April 1, 2005. Areas previously designated for smoking will be removed and smoking will no longer be allowed anywhere on hospital grounds. The new policy prohibits staff from smoking while on duty.
